Terms
SCHEDULING We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all photography services - last minute requests are based on availability . When scheduling an appointment please include the desired date, the listing address and any other important information about the property.
After both parties have agreed on a date and time, the appointment will be considered booked, you will receive a confirmation email. Please use our home preparation guide to ensure the home is clean and ready to be shot. All properties will be shot as-is by our photographer.
TRAVEL We are happy to provide photography services for properties located outside of our normal service area. A travel fee of $50 will be charged. You will be informed if an additional charge will be applied when scheduling or before the appointment takes place.
AT THE SHOOT If the client or representative is not available, our interpretation of the property will be deemed acceptable. We will make every reasonable effort to exclude unwanted or unsightly objects before shooting each room. This does not include things like furniture or decluttering each room. Your input is important when choosing which rooms will be photographed and the best angles for each room. It is understood that without your input, we will photograph the property using our experience and judgement.
AFTER THE SHOOT After the initial shoot we will digitally process/edit all images. This can include compositing, basic color correction, retouching and preparing master files for final delivery.
PHOTO DELIVERY Photos will be delivered within one to two business days of the photo shoot. We will provide photos optimized for the MLS, and another set suitable for print. Same day delivery by 10pm is available for an additional cost.
CANCELLATION & HOME ACCESS A $75 cancellation fee will be charged on the second shoot canceled within 24 hours of a booked appointment. If the client or homeowner are not available upon arriving for the shoot, the full rate will be billed.
RIGHTS & USAGE All images remain the sole property of the photographer and carry a two year limited license. The photo may be used for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. Any usage by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
